Your account moves to paused — your number stays reserved, your scripts and call history stay safe, but new calls go to a 'leave a message' state instead of routing live. Add a card anytime to reactivate exactly where you left off. We keep paused accounts for at least 30 days.
Yes. The number you're assigned during the trial is yours to keep when you add payment. If you cancel, we hold it for 30 days in case you come back; after that, it returns to the carrier pool.
